Know about concentration

How concentration effects our daily lives.

Whenever it comes to concentration, i can hardly concentrate for 20-30 minutes. In any task like reading books, writing or any project and after continuosly working for half an  hour, i feel very exhausted like i need se rest.  I feel so distracted by own thoughts while doing any work. Do you feel the same.???
The reason why we are unable to focus properly is ADHA(Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder). You may have many questions like is it a problem.?? What are symptoms of this.??

Let's know what is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

As, we know how important is this to grow in life and adept all the skills we required in our field, specially in this fastest growing era. 
In short, we can say if there is problem in concentration, not able to do your work properly, impulsive behaviour etc. We can imagine this how problematic it would be in this time where anyone is running so fast and we are dealing with this issue.

What happens in ADHD.??
Actually, the front lobe of our mind is also known for executive functioning and back side brain is responsible for doing tasks. 
Now, let's see what is executive functioning.?
In executive functioning, mind does work like planning, organization, management skills. It gives direction to back side brain to do work.
There are 2 different categories in this are as follows.

1. Inattentive.

2. Hyperactive.

As from it's name we can have little knowledge about it. We will see them in details.

Inattentive

As, we know inattentive means deficiency in attention. Person in this feels unable to focus on any task but he wants to really focus on things. So many thoughts regarding his career, love life, relationships, job politics and many more. Everytime he just wants himself to be engaged in anything. Person doesn't want to be alone.

What person usually does in this

1. Procrastination
2. Losing things.
3. Anxiety
4. Late 

Person always keeps himself busy  in procrastination. They think too much like if they want to do any thing, before initiating that task, he spends too time much time and energy in just about thinking of pros and cons. I am not saying thinking about your actions and plans is wrong, but thinking must be in right direction. You must have a clear vision of what you are doing. These people usually consider all the the negative sides of that task. Every thing has postive and negative sides together in this world but taking actions on just considering one side completely is wrong. Just on assumption basis you should not decide whether to do it or not.  

Procrastination is just an imagination, but action should be based on reality.

Late 
Yes, this happens with them. Late here does not mean that person is not on time every where. Late means everytime they take so much time in just thinking about taking action and they miss that opportunity. Opportunity doesn't come every day in your life. To become something you must grab that opportunity and make the best use of it. If you miss that opportunity then you won't see any growth in your life. When you don't grow in life then there might be possibility of falling down. You must be updated and aware about what is growing around.

Losing things.

Like, i told you if you do not grow in life, you don't work on your skills, you miss opportunities, then you will have to face your downfall. You may lose many things not just in materialistic world but also in relationships. Thinking too much, can harm you. Everytime too much is bad. It just spoils everything. Thinking should be clear and must be in right direction. This is the best thing to live your life properly.
Person may have to deal with anxiety. He thinks so much about future and feel very anxious about the fears he has.

 
Now, let's have a look on hyperactive

Like, i told you before, excess of everything is bad as deficiency of everything is bad. Here is the same thing. We learn about deficiency of attention. Here, we will see  excess of attention. Yes, this too can be bad in some way.

1. Restlessness
2. Compulsive behaviour
3. Emotional
4. Impulsiveness

We all know how rest is important in our lives,  like rest is necessary for human beings and machines too. You just can not doing things everytime and if you are doing it your efficiency will be poor. You may have mind problem also. Person has selective attention, he will that thing in which he is interested. He won't pay attention to other things. 

Person becomes so much impatient. Yes, this happens. Person just wants everything so quickly. They take decisions so quickly. They don't think too much on any decision. This may give bad results.

We can see their compulsive behaviour as well. They may get indulge in many activities like gambling, drinking, and excessiveness in shopping. They lose their self control in every thing. They become overconfident like what they are doing is right and they will manage everything.



Person becomes so much emotional and he starts taking actions on basics of emotions. We can see impulsiveness in their behaviour as well. Impulsive and impatient is worst combination. Person suddenly thinks about any idea or any action and starts doing work on it. We can call it in simple words as person is in auto pilot mode. 

They always keep busy in their wold and the other person who is with him, may feel like he doesn't care for me because he doesn't remember those things what i told him to do. He is so selfish. 

Advantage of hyperactive attention

As there are many loses of hyperactive attention, but there are many advantages also.  If you are doing any corporate job like 9 to 5 and working on a project or doing any creative work where so much attention is required. Then it would be a boon for you. You will do your work with so much attention and it would turn out with best results. Every single person will be highly impressed by your work.  If you are reading any book you will gain much knowledge from it. You will.understand that book highly.
