Cluster C Personality
Do you feel very anxious, sad and want to be pampered most of the time in your life.?? And feel very low self-esteem or want everything so perfect and have complaints from world. So many things, so many reasons, why we are like this? Is it illness.?? Or is it only with me..??
So many questions like this must be in your mind. First thing, i would like to say it is okay. Everyone has a kind of personality and faces effect of that personality. Everyone has some traits of different personalities that is the reason why do we react differently in different situations. So, you must be confused what i am talking about what kind of personality and may be you know about it.
As, I have already discussed it. Personality disorder is the way how do you think, how do you express yourself, how do you do any work which is based upon your inner experience. This includes in your behaviour like how do you react in your life whenever any problem comes into your life. This is about personality but what about personality disorder.?
Personality disorder is that state in which person's life is completely controlled by these traits. They just become heavy on your thinking process. You are not able to control your life. It kills your thinking abilities.
Personality disorders
There are 10 types of personality disorders which we clusters into 3 type. These are as follows
- Cluster A
- Cluster B
- Cluster C
We can call them as 'Mad', 'Bad', and 'Sad'. Because of their these types of behaviour. They mostly do these kind of activities.
In cluster A, personality person becomes so much impulsive and just take action on basis of his impulses and he has to deal with mood swings. To know more about Cluster A personality disorder you should visit this.
In cluster B, personality disorder person becomes so much kind of selfish he only wants his profit and they won't feel any regret if they have to hurt another person for their little profit. To know more about Cluster B personality disorder you should read this.
In cluster C, personality disorder person feel so much dependent, sad, anxious and worried most of the time. We usually, found them very fearful. Collectively, we can said this a sad behaviour. There are 3 categories of cluster c. These are named as
- Avoidant
- Dependent
- Obsessive compulsive
Avoidant personality
In this, person usually have inferiority complex like he thinks everyone is good in their work and he is nowhere.
Preoccupied with criticism means he could not criticism. He just forgets criticism is good for your improvement in your life but he considers every criticism is contempt.
He often like to avoid his friends and family because he gets afraid of getting being judged. No one would understand him. He doesn't want to have any suggestions from any person. Because he feels like no one could ever understand his situation so their suggestions would be just garbage.
Avoid interpersonal closeness with any personal because he has so many fears like fear of being rejected, fear of being separated or any ridiculous thing might happen between them.
Dependent
In this, person becomes so much clingy towards any person. He feels like everytime he wants somebody who always care for him and always pampered him like a baby and who can protect him from everyone.
He wants somebody to listen him every time. He wants to tell every little thing that happens with them from a little thought to any incident happens with him.
He feels shy to meet any other person except their special ones. He avoids to meet any new person.
He can not take decision by his own. He always needs suggestions from others. Sometimes, he feels if another person could do their work then it be would be best. He does not have confidence to do any work efficiently.
Obsessive - compulsive
In this, person becomes so much inflexible and rigid regarding his thoughts and has this kind of mentality that i am absolutely right other person is wrong.
Person becomes stubborn like what he wants, he just want no one could do anything and not just is in thoughts same problem is with this thoughts.
Person wants to become perfectionist in every field like whatever he is doing must be fruitful. Result should be 100 percent perfect and same they expect from other people which is impossible. we are human being, we do mistakes in our lives. Result should be 100 percent correct that is not so easy not everyone does work like that.
He doesn't want to change his own thoughts and principles of his life which should be changed time to time in life. Changing of thoughts on basis of your experience is sign of growing and learning in life.
There are medications are also in market but if we could deal with this naturally why would we go for medications.
CURE
Cure is simple and easy.
Pay attention to every action you are doing.Recognize your triggers. When they trigger you just pay attention to it. Do every task mindfully. Everything will be fine.
