Physical activities involves a person completely. for time his mind relaxes because whole day it is just battling with thoughts. Person has no control over his thoughts. Person also wants to relax his mind but he is unable to do it. So play with them do any kind of physical activity
#GO ON OUTING
When we go on trip or any kind of outing it just relaxes our mind and we get completely lost in beauty of nature.
we can go for movie, some kind of adventurous trip or simple evening walk. i want to say just be with them.
you can visit any worshiping place because the aura of that place relaxes or minds and thoughts
you can visit hill stations and play some games with them.
#DO THEIR HOBBY WITH THEM AND DEVELOP SOME MORE NEW HOBBY
This can be great idea to do their hobby with them and even with more interest so they could also involve much. Hobby can be drawing, painting, writing, playing online games, dancing, singing, cooking, reading.
#SPEND QUALITY TIME TOGETHER
This may include walking together sitting together and listen to them and you can have a small celebration with only few people.

This is the most most important thing you should do because they feel worthless all the time this haunted them all the time.

Doing pranayam and exercises resales some chemical in our body which makes us feel so calm. So it may prove very beneficial for them and you too.

Air is one of 5 elements that constitutes in our body. controlling our breathing is best way to control our mind.

We feel so happy while playing with animal because oxytocin releases in our body. This is love harmone when we love someone it releases. Pet always ready to love anytime.

Goal always motivate person to do some great things.It gives energy to body
