How concentration effects our daily lives. Whenever it comes to concentration, i can hardly concentrate for 20-30 minutes. In any task like reading books, writing or any project and after continuosly working for half an  hour, i feel very exhausted like i need se rest.  I feel so distracted by own thoughts while doing any work. Do you feel the same.??? The reason why we are unable to focus properly is ADHA(Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder). You may have many questions like is it a problem.?? What are symptoms of this.?? Let's know what is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). As, we know how important is this to grow in life and adept all the skills we required in our field, specially in this fastest growing era.  In short, we can say if there is problem in concentration, not able to do your work properly, impulsive behaviour etc. We can imagine this how problematic it would be in this time where anyone is running so fast and we are dealing with this issue. TIPS TO HELP THEM 

#MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON SAFE PLACE

Choose a place where person feels comfortable Comfortable in the sense of person can easily open up with you
Do not choose dark room or dark places. Choose some open spaces. you may choose terrace or park but park should not be much crowded.

#SHOW THEM PHYSICAL AFFECTION
while taking to them remember to pamper them and show some affection towards them. you can hug them, hold their hand, squeeze their shoulder. it makes feel us more comfortable. They require a lot of strength to share this so try to be humble as you could. 


#DO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WITH THEM

Physical activities involves a person completely. for time his mind relaxes because whole day it is just battling with thoughts. Person has no control over his thoughts. Person also wants to relax his mind but he is unable to do it. So play with them do any kind of physical activity

#GO ON OUTING

When we go on trip or any kind of outing it just relaxes our mind and we get completely lost in beauty of nature.
we can go for movie, some kind of adventurous trip or simple evening walk. i want to say just be with them.
you can visit any worshiping place because the aura of that place relaxes or minds and thoughts 
you can visit hill stations and play some games with them.

#DO THEIR HOBBY WITH THEM AND DEVELOP SOME MORE NEW HOBBY  

This can be great idea to do their hobby with them and even with more interest so they could also involve much. Hobby can be drawing, painting, writing, playing online games, dancing, singing, cooking, reading.
Just be involve them.

#SPEND QUALITY TIME TOGETHER

This may include walking together sitting together and listen to them and you can have a small celebration with only few people.

eat meal with them

#MAKE THEM REALIZE THEIR WORTH

This is the most most important thing you should do because they feel worthless all the time this haunted them all the time. 
Tell them their importance.
Tell them their achievements.
Remind them all the hard time where they survived very well.

#ASK THEM TO DO EXERCISE 


Doing pranayam and exercises resales some chemical in our body which makes us feel so calm. So it may prove very beneficial for them and you too.
As we get it touch with air it makes us feel alive that is why we feel so happy when the wind blows.
Air is one of 5 elements that constitutes in our body. controlling our breathing is best way to control our mind.

#PET AN ANIMAL   

We feel so happy while playing with animal because oxytocin releases in our body. This is love harmone when we love someone it releases. Pet always ready to love anytime.
you should also love them more.
play with pet in evening and morning.

#DO SOME EXPRESSIVE PROJECT WITH THEM

you could tell them to do some expressive project like drwaing.

write some letter for them
Massage them

#ALWAYS TRY TO BE FUNNY WITH THEM

Be funny to them and try to make them laungh and involve with yourself.
Remember your old story to them
Tell them your childhood stories.
Try to be hillarious to them.

#FIND SOME MEANINGFUL GOAL TO THEM

Goal always motivate person to do some great things.It gives energy to body 
it excites you. on tempearory basis it can work.

#DO NOT GIVE UP

I MUST SAY DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR PERSON MANY HAS FOUGHT THIS BATTLE...!
