How concentration effects our daily lives. Whenever it comes to concentration, i can hardly concentrate for 20-30 minutes. In any task like reading books, writing or any project and after continuosly working for half an  hour, i feel very exhausted like i need se rest.  I feel so distracted by own thoughts while doing any work. Do you feel the same.??? The reason why we are unable to focus properly is ADHA(Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder). You may have many questions like is it a problem.??  Why depressed people feel so exhausted??

We all know how mental health is important for everyone. Because if we have  perfect fit mental health then we can do every task with enjoying it. We will love our life and we will grow as a personality or in our professional life too. Because of healthy mindset we can maintain our relationship that have so much importance in our lives. 

According to a survey it is found that the person who has healthy relationships lives a happy life but depressed person faces many loses because of many reasons

There are many reasons why person with depression feels so exhausted. Here we will see all the possible reasons.

#I am unlove able

Because of their negative thoughts about themselves they are not able to recognize their skills, work and talent they think they have  nothing great  in themselves and they consider themselves as a burden on other people.

#Grief

they carry so much of grief in their heart. They just forgets how to let go of things sometimes things happened in past and they blame themselves for it and take that so seriously that it led to depression.There can be many more reasons of grief. sometimes letting go of  the things is best thing we could do to them. Because carrying grief is the heavy baggage for  heart  to fly in sky you must avoid all the baggage you carry. 

#Hopelessness

Person feels he can do nothing in life because actually he is so scared of his own thoughts and they don't feel they have energy to do any small task to they can't even think about doing big task or work they have completely lost faith on them selves. Sometimes this may be  happen because of continuous failure in any task or in any relationship and continuous failure effects mindset of person. It just lowers the self confidence and they start believing this they just can not do it or anything.


#Insomnia
People in stress also face it. This is very big issue because whole day they spent in the forever ongoing war in their mind which scared him a lot. In daytime if they try they can distract their mind but in night there is no one with them but again the battle starts. Things comes in mind which they don't want to think and if they sleep then they usually have dreams of their fears. So it becomes anxious for them they can't even sleep but they don't want to wake-up.
It becomes very hard for them to deal with this.

#Loneliness

They find it hard to share their thoughts and feelings with their person or the people around themselves. They find it difficult because they think people around him won't understand and they will start avoiding them or they won't find him interesting anymore and they may be consider him as a burden which no one wants anyone to feel like this about themselves. Sometimes they don't have courage to share all this because of feeling being judged by other people around him. He also thinks no one is actually interesting in about knowing all his mental condition. He doesn't want to share it with his family members because it can cause worry to them too.

#Being in Survival mode

They feel every time they are in Survival mode. All they want to live freely from the ongoing war in their mind. The only thing that remains in their mind is they also want to live stress-free life but as we know they don't have control on their mind. To wake-up in morning may also seems like struggle for them. They want to be on their bed for whole time.

#Memory difficulty

Whatever we do in our life concentration is most required thing in every task. When mind stays busy in his own thoughts we are not able to focus even in any simple things.
To remember something we need to focus on that thing but they have problem of overthinking and getting scare  from these thoughts. They have lost their concentration power so they cannot memories anything. They  face this too. In offices or in school or college where ever you are concentration is required to do your work efficiently.

#Unable to get pleasure out of things.

They usually lose interest even in their hobbies. They can't get pleasures from anything even they don't have sexual desire on that period. They don't get pleasure from any family gathering, friends union, office party, any kind of work, TV  and not from their partners. This is reason they start doing their work as a formality. They do which is required or necessary work. They just want to escape from it. 

#Effects on physical health

As we seen it before how much mental health is effected but there are some physical problems also which they have to deal.
Headache
Numbness
Weight loss
Fatigue
Digestive problems
Medication side effects
These are some problems there can be many more now you can understand how painful it would be for them both the health is effected by this. Medication is required when person is so much depressed and he could not handle this anymore but medication may have some side effects so please try to avoid it.

#Feeling unable to communicate

Actually they also want to communicate they want someone listen them so peacefully and understand them without judging them but they don't find any person with whom they openly can share all this. Because people think them a attention seeker but it is not they may have suicidal feelings. They may be scared of anything. And reason may be grief which they can't carry anymore. They want to share it and want to feel normal and okay.
People also avoid these people it just makes them more uncomfortable. Depressed people always remain so overwhelmed that they think if they begin they won't stop.

#Faking a smile

We know how hard it is to smile even when we have bad mood and how much hard would be for them to smile when they meet anybody or to behave as they are normal and  everything is fine with them. To behave like a normal person is too hard in that condition where you feel yourself as a worthless not enough person and you are fighting a war in your mind. They have to smile in  every gathering so they just avoid it
They don't prefer to party or any catch up plans with friends.

STILL THEY UPHOLD THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND THEY DO THEIR BEST PLEASE UNDERSTAND THEM TALK TO THEM DO NOT CONSIDER THEM LAZY  AND ATTENTION SEEKER.!!!!
